DIY Time Cards
Most people have heard of making a fun “coupon” book with different items or chores she can “redeem” when she uses the coupon. This idea is like that but with a twist. For this gift idea, you can make redeemable “time cards” for her have some extra special quality time. With these cards, she can turn them in for an hour of time, meaning the two of you do whatever she wants for the hour.
This is a meaningful gift because it will show her that you want to give her something as precious as time. The best part is you can decorate and word these cards exactly how you would like. Here are some blank cards to get you started:

This is not a gift that can be easily wrapped, but it is something special she will remember. Even if you don’t think you can cook, there are so many easy recipes out there that are great for beginners. This idea is great especially if you both eat out very often because you will be able to spend time together while eating a meal. The best part? Anniversary Wine Basket
This next idea is so thoughtful and unique. Certainly, she will love this gift. This idea will be very unique to your relationship with her. First, find a bottle of wine that was made in a significant year. For example, find a bottle of wine that was made the year the two of you met. Or, find one from the year you were married.
Then, fill the basket with other small goodies she loves. For example, her favorite candy, some flowers, maybe some bubble bath would make great fillers for this basket. Finally, fill the bottom of the basket with tissue paper to give it an extra touch. Here is a basket you might like to try for this idea:
Print out your favorite pictures of the two you together and arrange them in a collage style inside a picture frame. This may require some rearranging to get the style you want, but this is a simple and fun gift idea. Then, glue the pictures to a sturdy piece of paper like cardstock and place inside the frame. For a special touch, decorate the edge of the picture frame with scrapbook materials like flowers or stickers that mean something to her. We’ve found a frame that would look great:
Personal Mad Libs Story
This next DIY is great if you are a writer at heart (or even if you aren’t). All you have to do with this is start up a blank document on the computer and craft a story about your relationship with her. This can be as funny or as serious as you would like. Then, choose some nouns, verbs and adjectives to delete from the story (but remember which ones you deleted. Replace these words with “[noun]” or “[verb]” so she can choose how to fill in the story. One you are done, print the story on the paper you would like. Then, the two of you can sit down and fill in the story together! This is a unique gift idea that she will hold onto for a long time.
